Living on the Streets

These two children on the left are typical of the hundreds of street kids that we have to look after in Balti, they all have their own stories as to how they ended up in the situation they now find themselves and all stories are sad and unbelievable to us living in what we think is a civilized world, strange to think that Moldova is only 2 hours away from the U.K

These two children are a 7 year old girl and her 12 month old sister, both parents are dead and they have no family so live where than can. The girl is always worried that her young sister will get ill as they have no money to pay for treatment and so she would die.

They need money to get them off the street and into a home together.
